I'm Nina — a busy mom, an occupational therapist by trade, and the founder of Mugsy Bakes.

I'm on a mission to spark dessert JOY with a line of gluten- and dairy-free, single-serve dessert mixes.

Growing up in the era of "fat-free" and "low-carb" everything, I've always believed dessert should be celebrated, not vilified. That's why I'm committed to mixes that deliver on taste, convenience, and quality. Working in healthcare, I've seen firsthand the impact of a broken food system, so I prioritize ingredients that are as wholesome as they are delicious.

Whether you're a kid discovering the magic of baking, a new and/or busy mom craving a moment of peace, or someone cherishing a little independence, Mugsy mixes are designed to be easy to make without compromising on taste or quality.

At Mugsy Bakes, we live by "not a baker" — because everyone deserves a freshly baked dessert without needing a picture-perfect kitchen, hours of free time, or their grandmother's baking skills.
