At Mugsy Bakes, we’re excited to deliver your favorite dessert mixes straight to your door. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 7 business days after payment is received. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your order is on its way!
  • Please note, during warmer months, orders placed after 2pm on Thursdays will be processed the following Monday. This is to best uphold the freshness and quality of our products.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping via USPS for most orders.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

Shipping Rates:

  • Our shipping rate is $6.95 for orders less than $60 and free for orders $60 or more.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard delivery usually takes between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience!

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not ship outside of the United States or Canada, but this is a goal for the future! 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package’s journey right to your doorstep!

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdeliveries. We’re not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@mugsybakes.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Modifications:

  • Need to make changes to your order? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, modifications may not be possible.

Local Delivery:

  • Local customers may have the option to have their orders directly delivered from our warehouse. Select "Local Delivery" at checkout for this option.
